I never had a bad experience until the other day, after getting my car washed I pulled into a spot to vacuum my car when I noticed my back window wiper was completely ripped off. They made me fill out paper work and I waited 2 days for them to call me just for them to lie and say “our cameras show that your wiper was already half loose so we can’t pay for it to get replaced “ ….. me and my husband won’t be returning there anymore but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE SHINY SHELL ACROSS THE STREET !! :)

I took my car through the wash and after a couple of seconds the water jet popped open the gas door cover. It ripped off my car and damaged it. After reviewing the video the company admitted fault. It has been months and I still have not received compensation and I always have to hunt them down to get an answer. They agreed to pay a small amount and I was so fatigued of constantly having to reach out for their mistake I agreed to it. They called me almost daily to sign the waiver but it’s been 2 months and no word. If you care about your car wash it at home.

Stopped here Sunday morning 5/17 while running errands. Husband’s truck was pretty dirty. Zach and Alex went above and beyond to clean his truck. Their customer service was spot on and super friendly. Best experience we’ve had at any car wash facility. Highly recommend over and over!

Excellent wash! It did a great job on the wheels, didn’t leave any unwashed areas and the dryer did a great job with very little wipe down required after the wash. Also provided excellent customer service. Wish you had one closer to me ( near New Cumberland)
